First time eating here. Small town diner. Was almost like stepping back in time. More of a homey feeling than a stiff, cold modernized one. Owner and staff was very welcoming and friendly. Big menu (breakfast, lunch, supper). Daily hot plate specials(meat, vegetables, dessert). Decided to try their hand pressed cheeseburger. Was not disappointed. Had a really good flavor and tasted fresh. 😋Will be stopping there again.
Hometown warm southern feeling brought me right back to my childhood with an excellent breakfast to back it up! Great environment, great staff. Wonderful food! Will definitely be returning for some more delicious food!

Took a trip up here to check it out and was not disappointed. Lovely local place with delicious home cooked food. Will definitely eat here again. Note - credit/debit cards not accepted (but ATM across the street).
I've been eating lunch every Tuesday and Wednesday and it's amazing. The best hamburgers in town everyone is friendly. Waitress is very nice Price is a reasonable

Old time cafe...serves great food. The service is excellent. This is the place that locals go to eat. We'll be back. Went back last week, Halloween. Waitresses dressed up and were attentive as ever to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was great. Had a nice long talk with the lady at the register. It was a great time. Now be aware...it's not fancy by any means but....the food was really good. Give it a try. We'll be back again, for the country drive and the good food.
This is an older building. Small cozy dining area. Friendly staff good food. Not suitable for parties of 13 or more. In my opinion. One of my daughter and my favorite places in our little town
A wonderful place. My EMS partners and I usually go here for breakfast. Food is always delicious and made perfectly.Food is made fresh so like any restaurant takes a few minutes but I dont mind the wait since Im not a fan of fast foods. Staff is so friendly and the prices are great. Highly recommend this place.
We were visiting this area. Found this eatery during a Google search. First time visit. This is a small, family owned eatery established in 1957. It is a wonderful local relic that has frozen a piece of old Leaksville/Draper in present time. It is a reminder of simpler times when food and conversation were generously served and enjoyed. We entered this rustic setting were greeted like family. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. My guest ordered the one meat and three veggies. All were enjoyable. Listening to the family stories and sharing time with the people who prepared our food made this a enjoyable visit. Caution, they make a truly Awesome, Southern lemonade. Heavy on the sugar. Thanks to the family for the welcoming atmosphere.
